There are a few basic resources we need in order to get started with your website. If you provide this information, it can dramatically reduce the cost to create a quality website. We can, in most cases, provide all of these services but we will have to ask your staff questions and charge for the time, so doing it yourself will save you both time and money.

Choose A Domain Name

The shorter, the better. A .com is better than .net or .org. You can research the name you want here. (http://www.dnstools.com/)

Get a Digital Logo

The logo you use on your letterhead or business cards needs to be in a high-resolution digital format. gif or jpg or psd. This can be emailed or saved to a disk.

Content, Content, Content

An internet site is driven by the content supplied by the "business." The more you supply, the more a developer can display online.

Homepage wording, Products and Services wording, bios of key staff members, about us wording

• Images
Staff Images, Office Building, action shots while working

Email Addresses
Supply a list of names of staff that need email addresses. Also, think of any general@domain.com emails you may want.

Suggestions

Does your office have a theme? Do you have a favorite color? Do you have colors you hate? Does your business have a slogan or a tag line, we need to know about? We love suggestions.
